If elected your Delegate, I promise to represent the people of our islands with the utmost respect for the Marianas’ history, culture, and our increasingly diverse community. I am excited about the possibility of calling upon my 37 years of experience and knowledge to represent the CNMI in the United States House of Representatives.
If elected, my highest priority is to restore and bolster the image of the CNMI in the US Congress, the United States, and the international community. I would accomplish this through an active and vibrant participation in Congress which I hope will establish an unique and strong partnership with the American people. Such a partnership with Congress is crucial for the health and survival of our islands in light of the current problems facing our Commonwealth.
I would deeply appreciate your support and would be honored if you elect me as the CNMI’s Non-Voting Delegate to the United States Congress. I am confident that my decades of public service will enable me to effectively represent the CNMI on the issues that matter most to us. I look forward to serving and hearing from you.
