| Once you've registered
this will take you to your listing where you can view , edit or change
your membership accordingly. |

Submit your Business |
| Registration is easy. In
order to list yourself in the Directory you need to register. If you
already have an account then just enter your information in the Login to
your account form. For instruction see next paragraph below. |

New users |
| 1.
Please click on the Submit your Business? Here you will be
taken to the Registration Step page. and will be able to add your
listing. |
| 2.
Login: chose your username to log into the system.
|
| 3.
Password: your chosen password. |
| 4.
Verify Password: retype your password. |
| 5.
Your Email: VERY IMPORTANT- this is our primary contact with you
and all communications with you will be conducted through this email
address so please ensure that it is a working email address.

| 6.
Tick the I have read and agree to the Terms of Use and hit the
Submit Registration button. You will be sent an email confirming your
user details. |
| 7.
Please consult the Membership Comparison table first to
choose your preferred listing. Click on Add your listing link and follow
the registration steps: |

Select Listing Level - Choose the required level from the drop
down box - Both option are currently FREE. |

Listing Details |
| 4.
Fill in your details and press the submit button to
send us your details. |
| 5.
Please be sure to hit the Submit button to finalise
your choices. |
| 6.
Depending on the listing level that you have chosen you will be
offered payment options. |
| 1.
Select the category in which you want to be listed
by clicking in the list box. The program already tells you how number of
categories that you can have according to your chosen listing. It will
then open up the sub categories available for that particular category
in a second list box. Select the one that best suits your needs. |
| 2.
Click on the Add category Button to finalise your
selection. |
| 3.
Repeat the procedure for the other categories
allowed for your chosen listing. If you change your mind just click on
the Remove from list button and start again. |
| The listing will now be
approved by us, and you will be sent an email
confirmation by admin to let
you know of approval |
| Once approved you can
login and view your details, change your password, view statistics for
your listing, view/edit your details, category listings or Membership.
See the following section for upgrading your listing.

| At any time, you can
upgrade your Membership listing. |

Payment Options |
| At present all our listing
options are FREE! |

Categories
|
|
Companies choose the main category and sub categories where they would
like to be featured. To view any category or sub category simply click
on the name of the category. If no organisation has yet listed itself in
that particular subcategory a note will be displayed - " No listings
found in this category" To view the details of the organisation if
it is present in the sub category simply click on the company name. The
information displayed will depend on the Membership level chosen by the
organisation. |

Searching |
Simply
enter the keywords you are looking for in the search box. You can also
narrow your search with the postcode facility
Else you can use the categorical search facility to look for an
organisation by name. |

Membership |
| To view
the different levels of memberships available please click on Compare
Memberships to view the Membership Comparison Table. It lists all the
different options available for the different listing types. The Free
listing for instance - list the options for your free listings.

tick the box, saying you have read these. |

you can choose to make payments on the
site through PayPal or to have an invoice sent to you. Just follow the
instructions. Naturally payments have to clear before approval is given
for any upgrades. All changes will be confirmed by email.
